At MODO Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn eyewear in its original condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Frames

  Securely place the eyewear, along with the original case and cleaning cloth, into the shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
